Hi everyone,
Those of you who know me know I have vowed to do the Great North Run as often as I possibly can.
I have taken part the last 2 years alongside Angela, my mam.
This year I am braving the Great North Run completely alone and without the support of my mam dragging me around all 13.1 miles.
Anyway now that I am training again what better reason to do it than to be fundraising for a great local charity, they are the Escape Family Support Group and I have promised to raise £250.00 for them. Of course they are an amazing group of people and I would truly love to reach this figure.
You'll be pleased to know that my training is well underway, as I attempt to follow my prescribed training plan.
It would mean the world if all of my wonderful family and friends would be willing to sponsor me for my third GNR.
