So I have decided to step inside the ring once again all for a great charity ‘Tonic Music for Mental Health’. It is a lovely charity that does everything for the local community to ensure everyone gets the help they need. The money raised at this year’s Charity Fight Nation (CFN8) will help towards the music workshops, gigs, art groups and community projects throughout the year, which in all will help raise awareness and challenge the stigma often associated with mental illness. It’s an amazing charity that does a lot.
Furthermore this year as well a percentage of the donations raised will go towards these two young boxers who tragically lost their mother this year and whose father is terminally ill, the money raised will help support them now and in the future.
It is for two great causes and any donation, so any donation no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.

About Charity Fight Nation 8
CFN is the South’s premier charity boxing event. We started out in 2016 and to date have successfully staged seven shows, raising over £45,000 for charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, The Rowans Hospice and Autism Hampshire. Since CFN 5, we have partnered with Tonic Music for Mental Health.
