Charity Fight Nation 5 - R Lackenby

So after over a year after my first fight I have decided to do it all again. Last time was for Cancer Research, this time it is for local music charity Tonic. Now I wasn't aware of Tonic until recently and they are a fantastic charity; 'Tonic raises awareness and challenges the stigma often associated with mental illness through music and art based events and activities in association with an array of established and local artists and venues.' I have know a lot of people, and many of them are very close to me, that suffer with mental health issues and I believe this charity can help a lot of people.
