Sunshine and Smiles, Leeds down syndrome network

I am running the Leeds 10k for Sunshine and Smiles group to help raise awareness of Down Syndrom. As a one to one support for a little girl with Down Syndrome, I have become aware of all the hard work every one does from Sunshine and Smiles and how much outside activities benefit all children and families. I love what I do and the support I have received and would like to fundraise to help development new sessions and encourage continuous awareness of Down Syndrome. . Sunshine and Smiles is a fantastic organisation who aim to improve the lives and opportunities for children and young people with Down Syndrome.
