I am taking part in Run Reigate this year, running the 5K race for Stripey Stork.
I started volunteering at Stripey stork over a year ago and have been overwhelmed by what an amazing difference this charity is making to families in East Surrey.
Stripey Stork collect donations of toys, clothes and other items for babies and children and rehome them with families in Surrey experiencing hardship.
So far this year Stripey Stork have fulfilled 1432 requests. That's 1432 bundles of children's clothes, toys and equipment which could have ended up in landfill, but instead were put in the hands of families who truly needed them.
Stripey Stork target this year is to respond to 2018 requests in 2018. Your kind sponsorship money will help them to do this.
I’ve not run in a long time & with only 10 days training I’m going to find this race tough! So please sponsor me if you can! Thank you Roz x
