Hi, I'm Roz and I'm going to try and run every day in January (apart from New Year's Day as that's my birthday and I'd like a day in bed!) until I reach 100km! This will be for an extremely good cause, raising money for a very special charity called Sports Driving Unlimited. The charity helps many disadvantaged people experience the unique sensation of sports driving with ponies, giving them a sense of control, adrenaline & pleasure - something which is so important for their well-being... and something most of us take for granted.
