Thanks for taking the time to visit this site and hopefully make a donation.
Hard to explain why I chose to help this charity rather than any of the other worthy causes out there.
I read an article in the Bucks Free Press on the same event Big Sleep Out being held in 2014 in aid of Wycombe's homeless & I guess it struck a chord with me.
Very recently one of my sons friends spiralled into homelessness. A mixture of both psychological issues and drug abuse subsequently led to petty criminality and family separation. I was struck by how quickly things could go wrong. I guess there's many reasons why someone could end up in a bad place, marital breakdown,mental health problems and addiction are a few.
To not have a roof over your head has always struck me as a desperate situation to be in. So one night of extreme camping didn't seem to much to ask.
