After a break from running, I wanted to set myself a big goal - my first road marathon! Angel Eyes NI is a fantastic local charity that advocates for children and young people with vision impairment and I'm delighted to do my small bit to help support their innovative work. As an optometrist and researcher, I've had the privilege of working with people with vision impairment, advancing our knowledge and management of ocular conditions, and champion how we support and empower people with vision impairment to achieve their potential. I'm not going to break any records(!), but would really value your support!
Madness. Lots of pre race carbs and water and stops for "relief" and you will make 26 plus miles. Personally, I would drive...😉 Best of luck! #plasters
