Alliance for Choice (A4C) campaigns tirelessly for free, safe, legal abortion rights in Northern Ireland so that nobody is forced to continue a pregnancy against their will. Every step I jog in 2019 is dedicated to A4C and I would be so very grateful if you would support them with a donation here. A4C made an outstanding contribution to the Repeal referendum in the Republic of Ireland in 2018. It is now time for pro-choice people in the Republic and in Britain to focus on the decriminalisation of abortion in Northern Ireland.
I know when folk think of charities to support they often prioritise those providing front line services. I understand A4C is a campaigning organisation. However, thousands of women will benefit when the cruelly outdated law in NI is changed - A4C (and therefore your donation) will play a key part in that momentous outcome.
I'm doing lots of running events this year including the iconic Great North Run on 8th September.
