Running has never been easy for me. After some semi-regular turtle-paced running 2-3 years ago my laziness and workload got the better of me and I haven't run in more than a year. I haven't done 10k in more like 3 years. And I have never run a race!
I want to run in Walsall Rotary Club Fun Run that raises funds for amazing projects such as The Glebe Centre, but I would also like to try and fundraise some money for Caldmore Community Garden, that ever changing, magical space in the middle of Caldmore.
I hope you will help me to reach my target of £250 for the Garden. Just to give you a general idea, it would pay for all the seeds, compost and quite a few new plants or additions to the garden for the 2017 gardening year.
It's well worth it, you know - and it will motivate me to stay on track and keep on training until the big day in September:-)
