Some of us are proper runners, others are cake chaser type runners.. But all of us signed up to this great cause!
We... Jess, Paul, Jonny, Emma, James and Alex are running 10k on behalf or HERA - Her Equality Rights, and Autonomy - who empower women affected by human trafficking and other forms of violence, conflict, and exploitation through entrepreneurship training, mentoring, and grant making programmes.
HERA's interventions help affected women pursue their aspirations and ambitions for a better life and thereby prevent trafficking and re-trafficking by promoting women's economic empowerment.
Your donations will be used for things like covering travel costs to attend mentoring sessions, to childcare during seminars, all the way through to financing grants for women-owned ventures.
