Hey all, it’s my first half marathon of any kind! Not a natural runner but I’ve been trying my best! As you know I work in the Community Mental Health Team in Brighton, working with many Survivors so is a cause very close to my heart. We work closely with Survivors Network who do an amazing job supporting survivors of sexual trauma both as adults and children. It’s something that as a society we don’t often talk about so really important to share available support. Wish me luck! I’ll be the one limping at the back, Jo xx
