Running the Virtual London Marathon 2021 for SPACE
On October 3rd I am going to run the Virtual London Marathon 2021 to raise money for SPACE - a Hertfordshire based charity supporting families of children and young people who are on the Autistic Spectrum (ASD), have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or other neurodiverse conditions. This will be my first marathon and I have been in training since June. As you may know, my youngest son William is autistic and he has benefited from various activities they have organised such as a paddle sports day and various support courses for us as parents. It would be brilliant if you could sponsor me to help raise vital funds for this small and deserving local charity that provides vital assistance to families such as ours.

A long 18 mile run today. I went down the flitch to near Dunmow, did a loop near Canfield and then back down the flitch. It was quite humid and very tiring. But press on. ;-)
