Running for the Bandroom Appeal, one Park Run at a time
I'm running to raise funds for Amersham Band's Bandroom Appeal, and at the same time encouraging my friends, bandmembers and former bandmembers to join me at one or more 5k Park Run, either locally or around the country.
Take part in a Park Run and donate a minimum of £5 to our Bandroom Appeal!
We start at Cassiobury Park on Saturday 6th July but fellow runners can run at any national recognised Park Run, log an official time, and add 5km each run to our total and donate!
You can add to our miles and donate as many time as you like, take a photo of your time and your run and we'll add it to our montage
