Run Reigate 5km - Stripey Stork

I am taking part in Run Reigate this year, running the 5km for Stripey Stork. Stripey Stork was established in August in 2013. They are a small charity based in Surrey started by a group of mums who wanted to see the items their babies and children no longer needed re-used in the local community. Stripey Stork collect donations of toys, clothes and other items for babies and children, and rehome them with families in Surrey experiencing hardship. So far this year Stripey Stork have fulfilled 1432 requests. That's 1432 bundles of children's clothes, toys and equipment which could have ended up in landfill, but instead were put in the hands of families who truly needed them. Stripey Storks target is to respond to 2018 referrals in 2018. Your kind sponsorship money will help them to do this. Jo volunteers weekly with Stripey Stork and has been overwhelmed by what an amazing difference the charity is making to the families in East Surrey.
