My name is Kat and I’m raising awareness and funds for charities I feel passionate about by running walking routes in Essex (my charity running blog is https://katrunsessexwalks.wordpress.com/). Run two was 23.13 miles along the Saffron Trail between Hockley and Chelmsford, and I ran it on 10th March 2016 to raise money for Sports Driving Unlimited (SDU). They lost a fabulous coach on 13th February 2016 when Amanda Nisbet passed on. I knew Amanda from my time spent on her yard as a teenager, and have many fond memories of that time. She changed many lives, including mine, and I know SDU will continue to help so many others. I ran with my friend Paula, who is completing 50 events this year for her 50th birthday!
