On Saturday 6th May I’m going to be abseiling 100m down the outside of the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, wearing a Southampton FC shirt and hoping no one throws anything at me!!
I once wore a Saints shirt whilst running round Portsmouth in the Great South Run and it was my fastest ever time! Not sure I’ll be able to rush the abseil though!

#HelpingKidsRock George's Rockstars was set up in memory of 6 year old Gorgeous George who fought leukaemia from 22 months old. Our mission is to make children in hospital smile by providing music therapy in children's hospital wards. Registered charity number 1188730.
