Over the summer, Salford Foodbank had £2,500 of stock stolen from their warehouse. Social Work students at the University of Salford were shocked by the blatant theft from a charity supporting people living in food poverty.
In 2017, Salford Foodbank provided:
2043 three-day emergency food supplies to children
5,047 three-day emergency food supplies to people in crisis
