I will be cycling 37 miles from Swinton in Salford to the Salfordian hotel in Southport on Sunday 22 September.
It’s all to raise money for the hotel, a seaside retreat which gives older and disabled Salford residents a much-needed break away from home. These breaks help to reduce social isolation and give carers a break too.
