Charity Fight Nation 5 Sam Hardcastle

It’s that time again when I put myself through eight weeks of burpees, squat thrusts and being punched in the face. This time we’re raising money for Tonic, a local charity that supports people with mental health issues. I know this is something that lost people either have personal experience of or have watched someone they care about suffer. Raising money for such an amazing charity is a privilege and worth the physical pain I’m about to put myself through. If you could support me once again, I’d be really grateful.
