I'm taking part in the Leeds 10k In July. It's great way to force me to do more running, but even better it is a fantastic opportunity to raise some money for Sunshine and Smiles. They do a brilliant job supporting children with Down Syndrome and their families. My nephew Adam not only benefits from all the amazing family centered, fun activities organised by the group but also invaluable speech and language sessions. This is a fantastic charity so please give what you can.
