I am choosing to raise money for men's minds matter as the cause sits closely with myself, I have recently recovered from a dark moment in my life and would like to raise awareness for men's mental health. I live on my own and I have 2 children and they mean the world to me, I have a little girl named Aurora who is 3 and a little boy called, Arthur who is 1. During the time that I had a mental break I truly felt as though the world was crashing down on me and if it wasn't for support I had from my family, friends and work I don't know where I would be right now. There is always light at the end off the tunnel sometimes you just need a little guidance to find it. This is why I would love to raise awareness to help other people like myself. You are not alone. To raise money for this cause I will be participating in a 21 kilometre 30 obstacle race called the Spartan Beast. This event will be held at Pippingford Park on the 5th of October. I will be training as much as I possibly can leading up to this event in the hopes of not only completing it but doing so in good time. Regardless off weather I am ready or not I will be crawling over this finish line. Thanks for reading my story.
