Being able to visit Santa's Grotto in Shirley is a particularly unique event. We having hosted this last Christmas we are doing the same this year. Visiting Santa definitely brings joy, happiness, and smiles, to the faces of local children and once again they have found this a magical experience!

Santa's Grotto can be visited during the hours of 11.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. every Saturday in December. Once again, we have worked very hard at making the Grotto look as magical as possible - this year year we have the theme of 'Santa's Workshop' - as well as keeping the entry price at a really affordable - £2.50, including being able to take their own photographs. The presents Santa will be giving the children are educational yet fun!

Based on last year's figures, we anticipate approx 100 children visiting Santa and so far we are on target for this. Plus, each child will be accompanied by at least one adult, possibly two, thereby potentially increasing the footfall to approx 200. This increased footfall will be reflected in raised awareness of our cause, the location of our Charity Shop, and our retail turnover.
