Please help me say thank you to the Childrens Centre by donating as much as you are able. Since having Rosie I have battled with post natal depression and the Childrens Centre have been fantastic in getting me back to myself again. The BHCC have supported me and my family by providing a safe haven for me to go and talk to people who understand, offering groups which have helped me learn to cope, offering groups for my children to socialise, providing a dads group for my other half and providing a wonderful nursery environment for Rosie, Emmie and Peter. I can't thank them enough for all they have done.
I will be doing a 5k race in Bath on Saturday 16th May.
