My friend Sheenam has Juvenile Huntington's Disease (JHD) which is a neurological degenerative terminal disease. Sheenam was a student at St. Peter's School in Derby and a member of the St Peter's Brownies and Guides. I also went to college with her. She is INCREDIBLE! Despite her illness she remains incredibly positive and has even set up a charity called Sheenam's Wish.

Money raised will enhance the quality of lives of young people with JHD by providing an opportunity to fulfil their wishes. There are only about 100 young people in the UK who are known to have JHD. Sheenam's Wish is to distribute the £10,000 raised amongst the 100 families, by providing some well deserved treats for the 100 young people with JHD. This will create nuggets of happiness and memorable moments. Help us raise £10,000 by Sheenam's 30th birthday on 5th November 2012.
