On 24th June, I will be part of the POW supporters taking part in the 5k inflatable challenge event in Nottingham.
POW is a small peer-led charity with big ambitions. It provides targeted and tailored support to those who are among the most vulnerable and marginalized people in the society.
This includes everything from basic harm minimization and personal safety, to crisis intervention and advocacy, to ongoing physical and mental support and advice on progression beyond sex work.
Child sexual exploitation is something we raise awareness of as many of the children abused in their childhood are likely to became adult sex workers .
