5 Weeks after surgery I've decided that in 4 weeks time I'm gonna throw myself out of a plane to raise much needed funds for an important local Charity Splitz Support Services. To help you to dig deep I'll let you in on a little secret...I'm absolutely terrified of heights, planes oh and dying!
Local charities are often overlooked and especially those that help women suffering from Domestic Abuse. Splitz is a charity that is close to Sasha's heart so we are doing what we can to raise much needed funds.
Splitz' are a charity and support service for domestic abuse, whose aims look to help victims of domestic abuse overcome their difficulties whilst also improving the safety of them and their children. Programmes including outreach services through one to ones and group sessions as well as a 'Young Persons Service' providing information and support for children and young people. Focusing not only on the victims but the perpetrators, providing programmes and services for those who wish to turn their behaviour and lives around. Please visit
