On 18 August, I completed my biggest ever challenge - not just to run a marathon but to throw in England's highest peak, Scafell Pike in the Lakes, into the mix! That's 44km with 1.8km of ascent.

West London Welcome is a fantastic community centre for refugees and asylum seekers in West London, helping with everything from finding housing, appeals, childcare and or simply having someone to talk to.
