I can't really do this Masjid any justice with my words. It it essentially the heart and soul of our community. The diversity of the people who attend, the passion of those who run it, the activities that are held all year round, the fun days and events, the bbq's and food! It's like no other Masjid. It belongs to the community and the community love it. Lewisham Islamic centre is a place of worship but also a place of friendship, family and peace. A balanced tolerant environment for youth to flourish in.
I would love to raise some money for this Masjid to aid them in whatever they need to do, whether it be repairs or new ideas. So please join me in this and donate whatever you can, also pass on my page to others.
