September Running Challenge

Hi, in September I will be taking up a running challenge to run the Great North Run half marathon in Newcastle on the 9th, the Cumbernauld 10km on the 16th and finish the month at the Great Scottish half marathon in Glasgow on the 30th. I will be running to raise funds for The Understanding Children Trust which is a charity my wife and her work colleagues are closely associated with through their work at the children’s hospital at the QEUH. The charity raise funds for research into child mental health problems, very little funding goes into this crucial area of research and they want to understand how to help children stay happy and mentally healthy.
