The drainage field pipes that take the overflow from the septic tank have collapsed in places leading to liquid mud on the surface in various areas, particularly alongside the sports Pavilion.

The failure of the drainage pipes is unsightly and is leading to the sinking of the patio area in front of the Pavilion, across which all users must walk. It has also become impossible to cut the grass in this area due to the mud.

The resolution of this project will return the area to a usable and attractive location for users of all ages.
