WEDNESDAY is PARTY NIGHT, when almost sixty members from 18 to 60 years old play pool and dance to the latest chart hits and generally socialise. THURSDAY night is for the older members who prefer a chat and a game of BINGO. SATURDAY is for a small group of children with profound disabilities, accompanied by their mothers. There are ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES offered to our members, such as water ski-ing, archery, swimming, weight lifting, sailing, theatre-going, wining and dining etc.

Slough Mencap weekly CLUB NIGHTS give our members opportunity to meet up, have some fun, and give their carers some time to themselves. Volunteers are on hand to serve refreshments and chat to members about whatever is on their minds. Other various EVENTS enable members to enjoy days out with their friends. Slough Mencap Diary includes annual trips to France, days out at the seaside and, for some lucky members, holidays to places as far flung as the USA.
