On the 4th of October 2024 friends and colleagues of the Irish Defence Forces will undertake the Sevens Sevens Challenge in order to raise awareness of the unique mental health challenges faced by military personnel and their families while serving at home and abroad.

The Seven Sevens is a physically demanding challenge that sees participants summit all seven of the highest peaks in the Mourne Mountains in the quickest time possible.

All Fund Raising from this event will be donated to The Well, Kilkeel, Co. Down. The Well is fully funded by public donations and specialises in Suicide Prevention and Crisis Intervention by providing a range of therapies and services to the local community.
