Shoosmiths LLP has partnered with Nottingham Women's Centre (NWC) to raise money for their support services.
Nottingham Women's Centre is run by women, for women. They have over 45 years’ experience helping women achieve their aims; to become stronger and more independent in a safe and supportive environment. They run a regular programme of personal wellbeing courses, basic skills courses, advice, counselling and other support services from within the Centre, making them a 'one-stop shop' for women in Nottingham. They also provide office and meeting space for other local women's organisations.
Shoosmiths are raising money by running a number of different marathons:
1. New Forest Full Marathon - ran by Michael Briggs;
2. Robin Hood Half Marathon - ran by Carly Wells, Marie Mann, Tom Newborough, Alex Jablonskas, Alex Ford-Cox and Jack Gordon Brown; and
3. More events to be posted as the year progresses.
