Showroom Cinema is thrilled to announce that our projector campaign has succeeded!

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve purchased a new, energy-efficient laser projector that will reduce our carbon emissions by over 1.1 tonnes of CO₂ annually. This vital upgrade will support our mission for years to come.

As a unique cultural hub, Showroom’s charitable work includes platforming marginalised voices, showcasing independent films, and supporting filmmakers at all levels. We also host inclusive screenings for protected groups, including audiences with autism and dementia, ensuring that cinema remains accessible to all.

However, our work doesn’t stop here. As a registered charity, we face ongoing challenges, including recovering post-Covid, rising costs, and competition from streaming services. Donations fund over 50% of our revenue, and your continued support is crucial to keep our screens lit and our mission alive.
