Having ran many races in the past such as 5ks, 10ks and half marathons, I decided it was time to get off my bum and start running again!
I need routine exercise, not only to get more active and fitter, but to increase my own wellbeing and confidence. Running allows me time to think without any other distractions. That's why it seemed like a good idea to run a marathon over May for #timetotransform. So over the month of May, I will run 26.2 miles in smaller runs to raise awareness and hopefully some money for Transform, the wonderful charity I work for! I'll be keeping you updated on my progress throughout May.
