Hi all!
If you are reading this you probably realise that I am a fan of a drink or two. Whether it's a gin, a whiskey or a pint of beer I enjoy having a bevvie with mates. Particularly at the match or a night out at the weekend but I have decided to give that up to benefit a greater cause.
TWW is a project designed to benefit all women aged 18+ in the community and is committed to reducing female imprisonment, offending, and to provide assistance to those women who want to make positive lifestyle changes. TWW offers space in a safe women-only environment so partners/agencies can work with women some of whom may not have accessed services previously. Partners include Wirral Met College, Novus Education Provider, CWP NHS, Alcohol and Drug Services, Counselling Services, Solicitors, Police etc.
I will be going completely sober from midnight on New Years Eve till February 1st. All money raised will be going to the charity and will really be beneficial to help at risk women in our community.
So please give generously and if you see me out try not to buy me any pints!
Update: After a brief conversation with the guys who I have played footy with on Sunday it has been decided that any failing will be punished by a game of redar*e on one of the Sundays featuring all 44 of the lads. ?
