Somerdale Souls is a monthly social group meeting where we offer refreshments, have guest speakers or workshops, along with a range of activities on offer from cards to dominoes to quizzes to golf or table tennis. The sessions are free and entirely run by volunteers.

Somerdale Souls was set up in January 2016 at the new Somerdale Pavilion to tackle isolation in the community. It is an essential project for the local community as there are so many people in the area that are isolated and do not have the chance to meet new people. We offer free refreshments, a friendly face, and activities to part take in.

Every month we have 15 to 20 people come along and we would like to offer this to a wider group of people and to extend the ranges of activities on offer especially to try and engage with more male clients. We are currently fundraising for a shed so men and women can potter around to their hearts content.
