I am cycling from Florence to Rome in September to raise funds for Sporting Family Change. This charity has been close to my heart for 10 years.

Sporting Family Change do so much for the local community. Their kindness and support has benefitted people through difficult times. Whether it's supporting young people, families facing challenges, or simply being a safe and welcoming space, their impact is truly life changing.

As part of this, 20% of everything I raise will be donated to Bristol Royal Hospital for children - another incredible place that does incredible work every single day.
