Team Fundraisers
My Dad made me do this. He is a very keen pro-cyclist and I have never really been into it ...but have recently got the fitness bug, as I am starting to fill out and gain weight and am looking a tad podgy.
I am cycling 500 miles through France as a volunteer as part of the MKRUFC RING OF FIRE BORDEAUX 500. I have never done this kind of thing before, but am keen to step up to the mark to contribute, and show my Dad, and his very athletic mates, how me, a podgy , slovenly youth can do my bit.
We are a team of mixed ability cyclists. We are doing this to raise funds for the local rugby club and also for the local Hospice in MK. More about Willen here : Willen Hospice - End of life palliative care (willen-hospice.org.uk)
