Wonder women run for Nurture

I am part of a group called Nurture Magu, we have opened a centre in Carmarthen. Some of the women in the group are running the Cardiff 1/2 marathon in October to raise money for the Nurture Access fund, this will mean we can provide our services such as trauma counselling, doula support, hypnobirthing and pregnancy yoga for free to the women in our community who are most at need. I am not a runner! this is a real challenge for me!
