Jessica was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on the 7th of December 2012 at the age of four.With the help and support of wish cdg jess is not letting the diabetes get in her way carrying on horse riding and just being a child. Jess and her brother Callum will both be taking part in the 1k sponsored fun run in sherdley park to raise much needed funds for the local type 1 diabetic group
