Hello everyone !
As many of you know I have been a keen runner since I was 15 years old but 35 years on I have never run a full Marathon to the great amusement and teasing of many of my friends and family.
On Friday 28th February 2020 I am going to run 26.2 miles from St Albans Abbey Station via the Alban Way through Welwyn Garden City onto the Cole Green Way to Hertford and back again. I am going to do it on my own and run it as fast as my little legs will carry me.
I am hoping that you will support me by donating to my chosen Charity; St Albans City Youth Community Football Club. The club runs 84 teams with over 900 players across the Boys, Girls and Disability sections. It works in Schools, in the Community and promotes inclusion, fair pay , healthy life styles and is a positive force for change! I hope you can support me in my challenge.
