Ospreys in the Community is a charity linked to the South Wales Rugby region aimed at increasing participation and accessibility of sport to those who may until now have been excluded.
Please help me to raise funds for this good cause. In exchange, I promise to hurt my legs by taking on the 45 mile bike ride from Swansea to Cardiff in whatever conditions Spring throws at Wales.
