Our project is to create a multi-purpose community hub to enable a variety of needs in the community to be met by local groups using the hub for meetings, activities, training, and community building.
The Centre will be fully inclusive of all age groups and beliefs.
To achieve this we need to repair, renovate and partly remodel the former school and nursery building on the site. For over a hundred years this building served the local community, but has been empty for two years. Our project will bring a building of historic interest back into use in today's context, and create a thriving Centre for every kind of group and organisation to to book space and time in the service of local needs.
It is easily accessible to the centre of Ripon, and has some on site parking.
