This May we are running, cycling or walking at least 100k to raise money and awareness for We Get It the Bath based charity that Sue volunteers for. Over the past nearly three and a half years the We Get It community has grown and grown. Sue is passionate about supporting this wonderful group of people their friends and family. As many of you will know Gary has experienced the devastating affect cancer has on a family first hand.
Sponsorship is difficult to ask for and one of Sues pet hates, but how about donating the cost of a takeaway coffee and maybe signing up yourself?
1 in 2 of us will receive a cancer diagnosis in our lifetime. We Get It aims to offer support, signposting and a sense of community at a time of overwhelm. Our group comprises of people at all stages of treatment and often it is when treatment has ended that is the most difficult. We believe we are making a difference because We Get It
