September 24th, 2016 .... that's the day I will be jumping (or most probably being pushed) out of a plane!!!
They've promised that I'll be attached extremely securely to a very fit, strong, good-looking, buddy (OK, some of that is wishful thinking) who I hope is having a good day and remembers to bring the parachute with him. Apparently all I have to do is wave my arms in the air on the way down :)
All of this to raise funds for SERV.
So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE will you donate as much as you can ... empty your pockets, look down the back of the sofa, clear out the car or even raid the kids' piggy banks ... don't let me do this for nothing!!!
