A days super saver in Brighton is £4.90. When a homeless young person is being accommodated by a Sussex Nightstop host they also need to get around the city: to work, to their training scheme, to job interviews, to accommodation interviews and home again safely to their host. The walk round town under pressure to make all these appointments is exhausting and can cause the young person to stay homeless for longer. Please sponsor me this month to cycle the South Downs Way on July 2nd from Brighton to Winchester with any amount from £5 to meet these travel costs for the scheme. Local Giving will add gift aid to whatever you give and if I can get enough people sponsoring me we may stand a chance of winning the additional £1000 they are offering for fundraiser of the month (its the number of people sponsoring me not the amount I raise that counts) and top up the amount raised to £3000 which would fund the travel bill for the scheme for a year.
