We're team Edwards from NCS.
We are helping Carers Trust Thames to raise money and awareness for the young carers. Carers are people who take care of those with disabilities or illnesses and support them later in life. Young carers can be young as 5 year old and carers trust are here to help those carers.
Over the next two days, we team Edwards will be volunteering as well fundraising for Carers Trust in order to help the unpaid young carers.
On Tuesday 8th August, team Edwards will be hosting a fundraising event at Ealing Common
