Emmaus Brighton and Hove would like to ask all our supporters to get behind Team Emmaus in their bid to complete the annual London to Brighton Bike Ride. The team of three companions, Neil, Vince and Moon plus staff member Chris (himself an ex- companion) are united by a passion for cycling and the fact that none of them has done the ride before. They are all motivated by the challenge. For Neil, 55, it’s something he’s always wanted to do , a sentiment echoed by Moon who says that he’s the same age as the number of miles in the race! The other thing that brings them together is a desire to highlight homelessness and the work that Emmaus does to support those who have experienced it. Vince will split his sponsorship between Emmaus and Shoreham Dogs Trust, a cause close to his heart.
